Florence Naranjo (1921-2018) Biography
Florence Naranjo, the daughter of Rosalie and Joe Aguilar and granddaughter of Susana Aguilar, was known for her redware, black on black, and polychrome pottery, most of which were painted with traditional motifs and iconography.
She used traditional San Ildefonso designs of feather bands and the Avanyu water serpent. Florence passed away in 2018.
